Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026. This page explains what information Vivid Autism ABA Center LLC collects through this website, our phone and text message line, and our social media lead forms, and how we use it.
Who we are
Vivid Autism ABA Center LLC ("Vivid," "we," "us") provides home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Missouri City, Texas and surrounding communities in Fort Bend County and southwest Harris County. This policy covers vividabatherapy.com, our phone and text message line, and the contact forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices that clients receive when services begin.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or call, email, or text us, we receive what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, your relationship to the person you are asking about, an age range, the best time to reach you, and anything you write in your message.
- Website usage. Our website analytics (Umami) record page views, the page you came from, browser type, device type, and approximate region. This service does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Ad measurement cookies. To understand whether our ads help families find us, some pages load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and the Google Ads tag (Google LLC). These tools use cookies or similar identifiers to record visit activity, such as the pages viewed and whether an inquiry was submitted. We do not send these tools your name, phone number, email address, or the content of your message. Google ad personalization signals are turned off for this site.
- What we do not collect here. This website is not designed to receive medical records, diagnoses, insurance member numbers, or other protected health information. Please share those only through the secure method our intake team gives you.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and explain our services, availability, and the referral process.
- To begin intake if you decide to move forward, including verifying insurance benefits with your health plan at your request.
- To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry and your appointments, if you asked us to. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us using the details below.
- To keep our website working, secure, and useful, and to measure how well our advertising works.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or the details you submit to us with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation.
When information is disclosed
- Service providers that host our website, email, phone system, and text messaging. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide those services to us.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you fill in one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. collects what you enter and passes it to us. Meta’s handling of the form you submit is also described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Your health plan, only after you ask us to verify benefits or seek authorization for services.
- When required by law, such as to respond to a lawful request or protect someone’s safety.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Vivid Autism ABA Center, we use your mobile number only to reply to your inquiry and to coordinate intake and appointments, such as scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
The full text messaging terms are in our Terms of Use.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, as required by our clinical record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access limits and encrypted email and storage, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the inquiry information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@vividabatherapy.com or calling (281) 764-2733. Texas residents may also have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we will honor verified requests within the time the law allows. Clinical records are governed by separate rules and by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive when services begin.
Children
This website, our text message line, and our lead forms are intended for parents, caregivers, and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 online. Information about a child is provided by a parent or legal guardian as part of an inquiry or intake.
