Using this website

• Informational only. Content on this website is provided for general educational purposes and does not create a therapist-client relationship or constitute medical, behavioral, or legal advice. Services begin only after a completed intake, assessment, and signed service agreement.
• No emergency services. Vivid does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
• Insurance. Insurance verification and authorization do not guarantee payment. Coverage is determined by the member’s health plan and applicable policy terms.
• Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false or that you are not authorized to share.
• Intellectual property. The text, images, and logo on this website belong to Vivid Autism ABA Center LLC or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
• Links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

• Program. Vivid Autism ABA Center sends one-to-one text messages from (281) 764-2733 to parents, caregivers, and staff about inquiries, intake steps, and appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• How you opt in. You agree to receive these messages when you provide your phone number and submit the contact form on this website, or when you tell our staff during a phone call that we may text you. If you text our business number first, we reply by text. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and your schedule.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming your request, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (281) 764-2733, or email admin@vividabatherapy.com.
• Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
• Keep health details out of texts. Text messages are not a secure channel. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or insurance member numbers by text. Text messages are not monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website or our text message line after a change means you accept the updated terms.
